Displaying a Message During Startup

This guide will tell you how to display a message during startup, now, this is going to be
similiar to changing you start button. We will be using registry editor to change a certain value
of our computer. Then we will put in some text we want to display during startup.

So, to start off hit start, run,and type in regedit, a screen will come up, this is your
computers registry editor, now, so, the left side should have a bunch of folders, click on HKEY_Localmachine,
then click on Software, then click on microsoft, then on Windows NT, then on current version,
then highlight Winlogon, now, a screen on the right should come up with some more values,
Look for the "legalNoticeText" on the right collum. Right click this, then hit modify, then type
in whatever you want to display in the box. Then, once your done modifying, go up and highlight
LegalNoticeCatption, and type in what you want the box to be called which will display our text
Once you have finished, x out, and restart you computer, it should display your text, if it doesn't,
